This Bio-Enzymatic product is a high performance, bacterial-enriched multi-surface cleaner & malodour eliminator. This unique chemistry provides bleaching action without the use of chlorine that brightens & leaves areas sparkling clean.
Recommended surfaces:
Synthetic turf, concrete, aggregate, decking, kitchen floors, kennels, limestone
Usage:
- For light duty cleaning: Dilute 60ml per 4L of water
- For medium duty cleaning: Dilute 120ml per 4L of water
- For heavy duty cleaning: Dilute 240ml per 4L of water
For Light To Medium Cleaning:
To treat light odours and disease causing organic matter on your desired surfaces, dilute 60ml to 120ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water. P-Off's Hydro Foamer is recommended for the most effective results. Allow solution to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary. Recommended coverage for 4ltrs of diluted P-Off is approximately 30sqm.
For Residential Cleaning:
To treat medium odours and disease causing organic matter on your desired surfaces, dilute 240ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water and P-Off's Hydro Foamer is recommended for the most effective results.Allow solution to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary. Recommended coverage for 4ltrs of diluted P-Off is approximately 30sqm.
For Commercial Strength Surface Odour And Disease Control:
To treat commercial grade odour and disease causing organic matter on your desired surfaces, dilute 500ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water. P-Off's Hydro Foamer 1.4L is recommended for the most effective results. Allow solution to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary. Recommended coverage for 4ltrs of diluted P-Off is approximately 30sqm.
For Synthetic Turf Odour Control:
For removal and neutralising of odour, caused by urine, faeces and other organic matter in synthetic turf and other texturised surfaces. Dilute 240ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water, (P-Off's Hydro Foamer is recommended for the most effective results). If necessary agitate the turf with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary. Recommended coverage for 4ltrs of diluted P-Off is approximately 30sqm.
For Drain Maintenance:
For drain maintenance, add 120ml to 240ml of undiluted P-Off directly to the effected drain and allow it sit overnight before rinsing with clean water. Repeat if necessary.
