For Light To Medium Cleaning:
To treat light odours and disease causing organic matter on all hard surfaces including concrete, dilute 60ml to 120ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water, use of a foaming sprayer is recommended (can also use a hand pump applicator). Allow solution to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary. Recommended coverage for 4ltrs of diluted P-Off is approximately 30sqm.
For Residential Cleaning:

To treat commercial grade odour and disease causing organic matter on all surfaces including concrete, dilute 500ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water, use of a foaming sprayer is recommended (can also use a hand pump applicator). Allow solution to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary. Recommended coverage for 4ltrs of diluted P-Off is approximately 30sqm.
For Synthetic Turf Odour Control:
For removal and neutralising of odour, caused by urine, faeces and other organic matter in synthetic turf and other texturiser surfaces. Dilute 240ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water, use of a foaming sprayer is recommended (can also use a hand pump applicator). If necessary agitate the turf with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary. Recommended coverage for 4ltrs of diluted P-Off is approximately 30sqm.
For Drain Maintenance:
For drain maintenance, add 120ml to 240ml of undiluted P-Off directly to the effected drain and allow it sit overnight before rinsing with clean water. Repeat if necessary.
P-Off™ Infill For Pets
Odour has been a major deterrence from people buying artificial grass for their home. With our Infill for pets, you can apply it on top of your new lawn as an infill, which will prevent the ammonia turning into gas and producing a nasty odour.
Pet urine can build up in the sand infill and underneath in the cracker dust base, over time causing the gas from the ammonia to release in to the air and produce the strong smell of urine, if untreated.
If your synthetic turf hasn't been newly laid and has no current infill, the existing soiled infill will need to be siphoned out, then treated to remove urine for the new infill to be installed.
HOW TO USE IT
Simply apply the P-Off Infill with a sand spreader, or by hand and spread evenly across your synthetic turf. Using a stiff broom, brush into the grain. A power broom can be used, but make sure the product stays in the turf area. This can take a little while to settle, but take a look below at how much infill you should be using based on your pile height:
- Pile height per sqm
- 30mm : 7-8kg
- 35 mm : 10-12kg
- 40mm : 12-15kg
- 45mm : 15kg
